2.1 Individual Accounts

Each user may only open one account. If more than one account is found for the same person, mmk997 may suspend those accounts without prior notice and freeze the funds in them.

2.2 Accurate Information

The information provided during registration must be accurate. Any account opened with false or misleading information may be closed and will not be permitted to withdraw funds.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. mmk997 is not liable for any issues arising from a third party accessing your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately.

The mmk997 platform is only accessible to users 21 and above. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to participate in any games. mmk997 reserves the right to carry out age verification at any time, and if proof cannot be provided, the account may be suspended immediately.

Any winnings obtained through the play of a person under 21 will not be paid out and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit at mmk997 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds will reach your account almost instantly.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

Regardless of the payment method used, the minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10–45 minutes of the request being submitted.
• Withdrawals can only be processed once the wagering requirements attached to any bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 Financial Verification

mmk997 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests and may ask for personal identity verification in order to maintain financial security. If unauthorized access to funds or any attempt at money laundering is detected, the funds will be frozen and an investigation will be conducted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mmk997 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager the bonus amount (24,000 Ks) × 15 = 360,000 Ks.

Another example — if you deposit 180,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 280,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Policy

• The wagering requirement must be met within 7 days of claiming the bonus. If it is not met, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• If you withdraw during the bonus period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be deducted.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses.
• Only individual players are eligible for bonuses; they will not be granted if an account is shared.

5.3 Other Promotions

Offers such as VIP cashback and direct referral promotions have their own specific terms and conditions, which must be followed alongside the general policies of this agreement.

6.1 Fair Play

mmk997 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to create a fair playing environment for all players. In every game, results are random and cannot be predicted in advance.

6.2 Circumstances Leading to Forfeiture of Winnings

• Winnings obtained through a system bug or technical malfunction will not be considered valid.
• mmk997 reserves the right to correct any results arising from obvious errors during gameplay.
• If a player's gameplay is found to be irregular, mmk997 may conduct an investigation and void the result.

6.3 Live Casino Games

If your connection drops during a live casino game, the game will continue and settle with a random result. Bets lost due to network issues cannot be refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mmk997 platform—

• Bonus abuse — attempting to exploit bonuses fraudulently or attempting bonus laundering
• Collusion — players coordinating with each other to gain advance knowledge of game outcomes
• Chargeback — reversing payments through a bank or payment service provider
• Automated tools — using bots, scripts, or any tools that play automatically without player input
• Creating multiple accounts with fraudulent intent
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff

If any of the above conduct is found, the account may be permanently closed without prior notice and all funds related to the violation may be forfeited.

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players have the right to close their own account. To do so, contact customer support and submit a request. Any remaining balance will only be paid out once the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

8.2 Closure by mmk997

mmk997 reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• If the information provided is found to be false
• If a breach of these terms and conditions is discovered
• If bonus abuse or dishonest gameplay is attempted
• If illegal gambling activity is identified
